From the Nicoya Peninsula to the Central Pacific
Our life in Costa Rica began more than 20 years ago on the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula, in the small beach communities of Tambor, Cóbano, Montezuma and Santa Teresa. Years later we moved to the Central Pacific coast, and today we call Jaco home.
We came here to grow our lives, and along the way we’ve always wanted to help other people start theirs. Costa Rica Home Finder is that idea put into practice: a place to find your home in Costa Rica, and a place where local owners can showcase their property for sale without always having to go through the big real estate agencies.

As the team behind PACIFIC, a creative studio based in Jaco, we’ve photographed, filmed and built websites for many homes, real estate companies and vacation rentals across Costa Rica. We’ve been part of this world for years, showing properties in their best light.

Living in Jaco, we also run BookyBee, our tour and activity business, which has helped visitors explore the best of the area since 2020. So whether you’re visiting, renting or buying, you have local people to call.
